AGL enhanced supply chain efficiencies; the ability to reach products across their region and scale a brand’s growth in the shortest possible time and at the lowest cost has made it a leading alliance partner for its suppliers.
Brief History
The company was established in 1991 in Delhi as a proprietary concern in the name of“AVS Enterprises”. Since 1991, the company has taken many steps in establishing themselves. In April 2002, “AVS Enterprises” was converted into a private limited company in the name of “AVS Informatics Pvt. Ltd” and In July 2019, the company has been renamed as AVOOK GLOBAL LIMITED and converted into a limited company. The decision to rename was taken after deep thoughts and discussions with top leaders of the industry. The company has successfully completed 28 yrs of operation with robust growth.
Presence
Currently, the company has an NCR presence with 3 offices with over 40 employees. Two in Nehru Place, Delhi (The hub of IT) and Third in Wazirpur commercial complex, West Delhi. AGL believes that progress is powered by partnerships and has created a relationship-driven business model that enhances the short-term and long-term interests of its channel partners. AGL has a growing family of over 500 channel partners/resellers and more than 700 Retail/ corporate customers spread all across Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, UP and the rest of India.
Expansion Plans
The company plans to expand its presence by opening its branch offices in Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore and then moving on to other parts of India in phases. This will help in larger volumes and a strong foothold in the industry. The company is currently sourcing products from National distributors and then distributing to channel partners/ dealers/ resellers. The company wants to move up the value chain and plans to source products directly from the manufacturers/ distribution companies based in Singapore, China, Taiwan, Korea, the USA, and other countries. This will lead to better profitability and better grip in the market.
