This is a very high performance SSD aimed at pro/gaming workloads, video editing, AI tasks, etc. If your system supports PCIe 5.0 ×4 this SSD can really stretch its legs.

It’s backward compatible with PCIe 4.0 / 3.0, but speeds will obviously be lower.

Thermal dissipation and cooling are important: at these speeds, with sustained large writes, heat can build up and throttle performance. Using good airflow or a heatsink is beneficial.
